I would like to rename my blog

  but at the end of the changing page comes only ‘check your changes’ without the option of continue, and then the page loads again with the same empty mask to fill in.
  Can anybody lead me through the procedure?
  Can I not rename the blog the way I want? Do I have to pay for that? The instructions given here are more than cryptic, to say the least…
