I would like to retrieve my original ID – chantaleanne – and I need help

    Hi there, there was no other way to get help on my original ID – chantaleanne – than to create a new account. I’ve lost my password and try to send a password reset, which didn’t show up on all of the email addresses I have ever owned – I’ve even looked on my partners’ account, to no avail. Can you please help in resetting that ID? It is mine and I would like to use it – as a manner of identifying myself – my mobile number didn’t change – so you should be able to used that to identify me. Please help, otherwise you’ll have a dormant ID and a very unhappy user. I’ve wasted 6 hours o this so far. Thank you.

    Thanks, but that’s useless – unless you can point me to a SPECIFIC link for my SPECIFIC problem – detailed above and with more details below.

    1) I need a password reset for chantaleanne (NOT this current ID)
    2) when I click on the ‘forgot password’ for – chantaleanne – receive NO EMAIL ANYWHERE (not in spam not in any other mailbox). Yes I’ve tried them all, and yes, I’ve waited for 2 days (that should be ample time, no?).
    3) if I try to get a link sent to my phone (two-step verification thing) I need to be LOGGED IN to chantaleanne – which is my problem. I CAN’T LOG IN!!
    4) I had to create an alternate ID to be able post this – this current ID is NOT the problem, because I couldn’t find help any other way.
    5) I can’t use this ID to try to debug the ID I’m having problems with, which is => CHANTALEANNE

    SO can I please get to a human being who can help reset chantaleanne (NOT this current ID) to my mobile on file so I can switch my chantaleanne profile to one of my accessible email addresses. The only thing I know for sure is my mobile number is correct.
