  My dear friend Ian Storey passed away suddenly and he helped with everything tech.
  My website – httpwwwtreesurgeoncornwallcouk needs to have it’s hosting renewed and Ian had all the details.
  I need to speak directly to WordPress to sort this….
  Please help

  Your site is not hosted here on WordPress.com. It’s using the WordPress software and it’s either hosted by hostpresto.com or tsohost.com.

  So, you need to contact those hosting providers to figure out where exactly your site is hosted and then proceed with the renewal of it.
