ICANN verification email

    Hello , I’m asking behalf of my friend . She bought another hosting and would like to change name servers to her new hosting . However we need to confirm ICANN email verification – after receiving email confirmed the link but wordpress still says it’s not confirmed so we cannot do anything . Anything we can do now ? thanks
