  WordPress.com has a lot of built-in features that were inspired by popular plugins, but it isn’t possible to install additional plugins on WordPress.com. However, you can use Shopify or Ecwid here at WordPress.com if you’d like to add eCommerce to your blog. You can add one of those shops as part of the WordPress.com Business upgrade.

  If you are sure you want to use Shoplocket, you can install additional plugins to set that up on a self-hosted WordPress blog (using the software from WordPress.org), instead of WordPress.com. You can learn more about WordPress.com and WordPress.org if you’re curious about the differences.
