I'd like to remove the "Leave a Reply" section at the bottom of some of my pages

  The majority of my pages have a “Leave a Reply” section at the bottom of them that I do not want there and I am unsure as to how they got there. I’ve tried various things to remove them without success. I’ve promoted my site and want to get that removed ASAP. Please advise in detail so that I can get this resolved quickly. Thank you.

  Hi there,

  That “Leave a Reply” section is there when comments are enabled on a post or page. You can enable or disable those comments by editing your pages individually or in bulk.

  Here are the instructions for making that change by bulk editing your pages:

  • Go to the Pages > All Pages screen in your blog dashboard.
  • Select the pages you would like to modify or check the box next to “Title” column at the top to select all pages on that screen.
  • Select Edit from the Bulk Actions drop down menu.
  • Click the Apply button.
  • Change the options for Comments and Pings to Do not allow.
  • Click the Update button.
