  Hello,

  One of our ex employees has made a wordpress subscription from the e-mail (email visible only to moderators and staff) . This employee has left the company and we do not use this subscription. Now on her locked bank card we receive requests for payment which a automatically declined. Could you please cancel the subscription altogether and discontinue sending the payment requests?

  We do not have access to the (email visible only to moderators and staff) account so we can not stop the subscription from there.
