IE 7 and 2.6.1 is Broken PLEASE HELP

Hello everyone, I have challenge that I hope someone can help me with. As much as I hate IE they have the market share so I have to pay attension when it does not work. Check this out:
http://www.yourgreatmind.com/blog —-> Does not work (right hand navigation) in IE 7.0 but it does work in all other browsers like Firefox etc. I was on 2.6 with this issue and now with 2.7 I have the same issue
To make things worse if you go to: http://www.yourgreatmind.com/blog/about/ the right hand navigation does work.
Called my hosting company and they said talk to the experts on this forum.
IE works like a charm.
Now for another twister – if you go to: http://fromthedeskofmikestewart.com/blog/
You will see my friend Mike’s blog works just fine with IE and other browsers – we are usingthe same template and am quite sure he is on 2.6 or 2.6.1
What do you make of my issue – please help this newbie blogger :)

Since you are self-hosted and using the software downloaded from wordpress.ORG, you need to direct your question to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ . WordPress.COM, the free hosting service, uses a modified multi-user version of the software which is different from what you are using and few, if any, here know anything about it.

Meant to say 2.6.1 not 2.7 in the above.
Also meant to say Firefox works like a charm …..man jet lag has me messed up!
