If I want to close my account, can start a new account completely?

It appears that you have deleted the WordPress.com user account that you were posting from. I’m going to assume that you have sorted out your account situation. If not, please feel free to contact us again.
But the answer is yes, you can of course open a new account if you close your current account. You will not be able to use the same email address however, if it is in use with a different account:
