If I delete a User, what happens to their posts?

  I have about 20 writers on my site, and as people leave, I want to delete them, but I’m curious what happens to their posts, which I do not want deleted. Can I delete them with effecting the posts?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Their posts will stay there right on your blog after you delete them as a user.
