If I purchase the premium, will my followers have to resubscribe?

  I’m interested in purchasing the premium plan. I wanted to know if my subscribers will be lost or have to resubscribe once I change the domain/URL (without wordpress.com).

  No, they will not.

  They will stay as subscribers after the URL change.
