If i upgrade to PREMIUM do i get an email like : (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hello, i just want to ask you if i will upgrade to the premium host which will make my domain : toyboxbychristina.com .. will i have a control panel in which i can make an email like : (email visible only to moderators and staff) ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
