If I want to use a website template through another site/author, what plan do I select?

  I’m not sure what plan I should select for my website. I don’t want to use a wordpress template but another one I found online that is advertised as a wordpress template. I’m not sure if I get the cheapest $4 a month will I be able to use it? Thanks!
