  I can’t remove or active jetpack plugin on wordpress :
  When i remove: Internal Server Error
  Active: Warning: require_once(/home/content/a2pewpnaspod05_data06/83/41638283/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/_inc/lib/class.media.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/a2pewpnaspod05_data06/83/41638283/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack.php on line 25

  Your site is not hosted on our servers on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org. We cannot help you with that version of WordPress here in the WordPress.com forums.

  It sounds like you may have a corrupted plugin installation. To fix that you’d need to access your site’s files via FTP at your hosting provider and manually delete the plugin folder before you re-install, but to be sure please ask in the self-hosted WordPress forums instead:
