  Hi there, the site dinapratidina.wordpress.com looks to be a free website and account.

  However, if you have another WordPressdotcom website for which you’ve purchased an upgrade plan, you can cancel that plan in your Manage Purchases dashboard at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  Hi there,

  As @justjennifer mentions, the account that you are contacting us from is a free account and has no history of purchases. If you have another WordPress.com account that has purchased upgrades, please post in this thread under that account, and I’d be happy to take a look and cancel/refund any subscriptions you no longer want.
