    You took my details to sign me up, supposedly I signed up for a certain amount of time.
    Have I been charged ?

    Can you please tell me why you think you may have been charged for something?

    The only information we collect from you when you create an account is your email address, and that is currently the only personal information we have on file for you. In order to charge you for anything you’d have to provide us with your credit card info, and that only happens during the checkout process if you’ve chosen to buy a paid upgrade.

    We have no credit card info on file for your account, meaning you did not provide us with that info, and it is absolutely impossible for us to charge you for anything.
