I’m confused

    Hi, I set up a wordpress site on godaddy and am having trouble uploading videos. I thought I’d try to upload on my account here, but I guess I really don’t understand what this is all about! Can I add my site to this, or not? My site is ifideaswereit.com I have never used the harrysolsonsblog site. The other sites listed under this account are all gone too. The only one I have active is ifideaswereit. Let me know is there is a way to use this for my video media, or I guess I can deal with godaddy support. :( Thanks!

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
