  Can you tell me a bit more about the trouble you are having? You are referring to an issue with one of your sites? Or is the issue with accessing your account via the WordPress.com app? If so are you using the desktop app for Windows, Mac, or for your Android or iPhone device.

  Also are you getting an error message of some kind? If so please share the exact message of the error you are getting as it will help us to track down the issue.
