    WordPress.com sites do not provide visiting commenters the opportunity to edit or delete comments they’ve left on a site other than one that they are an administrator or editor of.* You may ask an administrator to remove it for you.

    * If you happened to be a user of the site that you refer to, with the User Role of editor or adminstrator, then you would have the authority and ability to edit or delete any comment on the site.
