I'm in a redirect loop!

    I have purchased domain mapping. My domain name jemimafoxtrot.co.uk used to redirect to my wordpress site (which is what I wanted) but I wanted to hide the fact it was a wordpress in the address bar. Have I purchased the right thing?

    Now, when I type in my domain name it says ‘this webpage has a redirect loop’. I can’t understand what this means – please help.

    Hi there,

    No worries! It looks like your domain is not pointing to WordPress.com name servers yet:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-helper/?host=jemimafoxtrot.co.uk

    Please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:

    • NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
    • NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
    • NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

    Once you do that please go back to Store > My Domains in your Dashboard and set jemimafoxtrot.co.uk as the primary domain. Then please clear out your cache and cookies using the guide below:
