I’m locked out of a different account because I no longer have access to the email address

    I need to remove my site

    HOWEVER…. I NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS I signed up with because I cannot recover this email address due to NO longer having the phone number (I changed my number) associated to the account… (I CAN prove I own the account if you let me send a screenshot). I REALLY need to speak with a WP HUMAN. This matter is urgent.

    When I created this site I used the email: (can’t show because the nature of this public forum) I have Proof that’s my email (if you allow screenshots)… however for some reason Google isn’t allowing email recovery via my recovery email…. only via a phone number I don’t have anymore because I changed it a few years ago

    Also this is an OLD website… PayPal only shows transactions from 2 years ago… I believe this was created in 2008/ 2009

    I need your help… I need this web site to come down because I’m releasing a book of this art and I don’t want this site to come up in search anymore. The matter with the thieves is resolved so although true, the information is no longer valid

    You’re welcome to share the email address here. If you’ll type it here it will be hidden from public view so only staff can see it.

    I do think if you’ve got a chance of recovering that email through Google, that would be best.

    PayPal’s support may also be able to help you. If you have a transaction ID, you can submit a private account recovery request through the form:
    https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

    As for screenshots, we can’t use those for account recovery since they’re easy enough to fake. But for anything else, you can upload a screenshot here:

    I’d focus on the payment option if you can’t regain access to the email address.

    I also think this is a FREE account… so I can’t get payment information on something FREE from PayPal.

    Ok.. how about I speak to someone in legal… That’s my art I do not give WordPress.com permission to display it….. remove my art from your servers.
