I’m locked out of account and send PW reset not sending

My email address to access my toychek.com WP site is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
I know my password, I haven’t changed it, yet I am unable to access the admin site for some reason.
When choosing to reset PW, I never receive the link to reset. Please help!
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress software and it is hosted elsewhere. Therefore, you need to contact your hosting provider regarding your issue.
