  I want to auto post to my Facebook page, twitter, Instagram etc.. I think I can use word press to do this but I am not for sure.

  Yes, you are able to publicize to your Twitter and Facebook Page via our Publicize feature. You can find instructions on setting them both up here:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/

  Publicize is not currently available for Instagram, however.
