  I’m new in WordPress, I do not know where to start, i need someone to help me.

  Welcome :)

  Getting started is the hardest step, and it can be intimidating. We have some great resources to help you through that process. I’d suggest looking over the learning tutorial as a first step. It’s at https://learn.wordpress.com/

  Once you’ve done that, go ahead and register a free site address. Click on My Sites – Domains – Add

  Start playing on the free site, test things out, look at different themes, write sample posts, etc..
