im not able to add widget to my site

i was happy with my site but then something happened.. my widgets are gone and its acting wierd.. there are couple words on the left that if i click on that it goes to home..

Hi there,
I see that you recently switched the theme on your site. Because themes can have different areas for widgets, switching themes can deactivate the widgets you had on your site. However, those deactivated widgets are saved for you. :)
If you head to Appearance > Widgets in your site’s dashboard, you can scroll to the bottom of the screen to see a list of those widgets. You can then re-add them to your theme’s widget area to activate them again.
However, I also see some strange formatting on your site. It looks like it’s caused by extra HTML in this post:

i am not understanding about HTML Troubleshooting im not a computer wiz.. that is why i just want a simple theme.. Can you help me removing the extra html please,

i dont know which post was acting strange.. i removed the post that showed on next page hoping it solved the problem but no.. the next one pop up..
