I'm not able to unfollow a blog – why is this?

  I followed a blog a while ago – goodmenproject.com – and have since decided I no longer want them in my Reader. There is no option on their site to unfollow on WordPress, and when I go into the list of blogs I follow, the blog isn’t shown. I tried following them again and then unfollowing but they still show up in my Reader.
