I’m not getting password reset email

  I haven’t logged into my account in a while so I thought I’d get in and change my email but for some reason I just couldn’t log in. After finally remembering my email (I had vague memories of changing the email), I tried resetting password but I didn’t get any emails. Other sites seem to be working just fine, but I just can’t get an email from email. Is there any fix for this? Or a way to manually get a login link? Email in question is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and the site in question is https://donovelsdreamofbettertranslations.wordpress.com/
