I'm not getting to access my website

    Good morning, i’ve been trying to access my website since this morning, but they are directing me to a page where it’s write ‘502 bad gateway’.
    Then, I call to the company that host my website, and they told me that it’s everything ok with the products that I contract. Otherwise, they told me that the problem is about the plugins which were installed by the wordpress that are blocking my website, so, has anything that you could do to help me?

    I’m sorry, but marinalopes.com.br is not hosted at WordPress.com. As such, we are unable to provide any direct assistance in this manner.

    The fact that the site may have been built using WordPress, or may mention ‘Powered by WordPress’ (or something similar) simply means it is using the WordPress.org software, which can be downloaded and installed on any web host.

    I would recommend getting in touch with the wordpress.org forums for support, for they will be able to:

    From the sound of it, you may need to play around with your plugins by disabling them all and re-enabling them one by one to see which plugin is possibly causing the 502 bad gateway error – but again, the wordpress.org forums will be better suited to assist you.
