    Hi, I just received a $66 charge and I don’t know what account / site it was for. I need to cancel all my payments to WordPress since I don’t use your services.

    I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, as you pointed out, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from.

    If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You can also reach out to billing support there directly.
