I’m trying to add posts to my blog

I’ve tried on two computers. When I try to add a post to my blog, I get a white screen with no information on how to actually post. I imagine it may be a firewall issue, but I’ve never had this problem before, and I’ve had the same firewall the whole time I’ve had this website. It worked fine in October. I just need someone to help me start posting on the blog portion of my website again.

I’m not using open source. I paid money for this website, and I’m getting nothing but the runaround when it comes to finding out how to fix my editing software. I can’t post, and I can’t edit. Do I need to talk to Bluehost? I just want to know how to update whatever I need to update on this website to get it back to full functionality: https://tamarapaxtoncopley.com/ As you see, it is NOT open source. I’m getting to the point where I want to cancel and move my site elsewhere where they have customer service. I’ve spent the last hour just trying to figure out how to post anything anywhere to get help, but I can’t even figure out how to do that. Please help.

I’m sorry for the frustration you are encountering.
But tamarapaxtoncopley.com is indeed using the open-source WordPress software available at WordPress.org. Bluehost offers that free WordPress software as part of its hosting package.
You will need to contact Bluehost and/or try asking for advice on the WordPress.org forum listed above. WordPress.com staff cannot assist you because your site is not hosted here on WordPress.com, and thus, we have no access to your data or account.
The only advice we can offer is to perhaps try using a different browser and seeing if that solves the issue. If it does, that would point to an issue with your normal browser. And if so, you might try clearing cache/cookies and disabling any browser extensions that you are using. If using a different browser does NOT solve the problem, then you have a larger issue that will almost certainly require Bluehost or ISP support to help fix.

I appreciate your getting back to me so quickly. I’m right now on the phone with Bluehost. They are trying to figure out what’s wrong. It is apparently a complicated issue. I’m hoping it gets resolved this way.
