I’m trying to update to the newest version, and I keep getting a page that says ‘oops this page is not found’
Also, I get the same page when I try to upload a new theme to my wordpress – HELP!

You mustn’t and can’t update the WordPress version, so it looks you are talking about a site using the open source wordpress.org. What is the URL of the site you are talking about?
