  I’ve paid money from my PayPal account ( (email visible only to moderators and staff) ) when I tried to cancel all of my wordpress premiums. Can I please have this refunded?

  The last payment made on this WordPress.com account was in September 2017. You don’t currently own any upgrades with us.

  For what upgrade and on which WordPress.com site would you like a refund?

  Im unsure of what account it is, I’ve just noted it on my PayPal statement – it has no details on there as to which account it is. Can you track it by PayPal email?
