image alignment

    I cannot make pictures line up correctly next to each other across the page. I can get them right, center and left aligned, but the tops and bottoms are off. The tutorial says I can drag and drop them, but I am unable to do that. They refuse to be dragged.

    Yeah, what you’re seeing is unfortunately normal. Browsers are designed to eliminate whitespace and display things close together.

    Add that to the fact that the font and text size aren’t exactly the same as what you’re aligning images with in the editor, and you have a bit of a mess.

    Sadly, it’s not like working with a layout application on your computer. You can approximate in the editor, but the final product is usually messed up by browsers “optimizing” whitespace.

    Have you tried using a gallery instead?
