Image Block Toolbar not in my site. So I can’t set image link to media file

The media image block NEVER appears at any point in my site so I can’t set the image link to media file. This, in turn, means I can’t use the lightbox feature on my site. In fact, there is NO PLACE to ever inspect the link on a media file in my site.

Instead your host (Siteground) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (sometimes called “WordPress.org”) which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com.
