  Hello! I am looking to hire a WordPress designer who can make me a website with an effect where an image changes to another image on click or touch. This would need to work on either a desktop or a mobile. An example of what I am looking for is below. Is this something WordPress can do and does anyone have examples of this being done within a WordPress website?? Thank you!!
