Image Hell

    I havent updated on WordPress in about a month and since then a feature allowing the comments to be written under the pictures (in addition to mouseover) has happened. This is great. The problem is that there is something seriously wrong.

    Aligning an image to the right would delete a whole paragraph of my entry with it nowhere to be found. Additionally paragraph, image comments, and the cursor will occasionally hop around deleting or moving things entirely without my knowledge.

    Also I will save an image with a comment underneath it and when it’s published it has a totally different HTML code than the one I gave it right before I submitted! So I manually change the HTML code back and it automatically removes what I just changed usually exposing HTML code into my entry and losing any aesthetic pleasure from the picture.

    I absolutely cannot win against this problem and its driving me to my wits end. Is there anybody at all having this same problem and is wordpress going to fix this?

    Yes, everyone is having the same problem from what I can tell; most just haven’t noticed yet. There are two or three threads on it already.

    I wouldn’t expect this to be fixed before Monday, what with it being a long weekend, but do contact them and let them know.
