Image in header of all posts. And thumbnail page.

  All my posts are recipies on my site.
  I would like the header on all the posts being the image of the dish.

  Then i would like to make a page like a gallery using alle the pictures so people can browse them. and then just click one to go to that page and read the recipie.

  Is that possible ?
