Image Question

    Two questions.

    First, I used to be able to resize and edit pictures that I uploaded from the Internet, but I can’t seem to do that anymore. Whenever I would hover over the image, on the top right corner would appear two buttons. Those seem to be gone.

    Also, whenever I would insert an image that would be wrapped around the text (either left or right) there seems to be an space between lines of text. How do I remedy this?
