  How can I add licensed pictures to my website without a problem. I have used shutter stock in the past for other projects but never one like the one I am currently doing. Will that keep me out of trouble to buy the pictures on shutter stock.

  Copyright laws differ from place To place and Content owners sometimes get specific about where, how, and by whom can their content be used. To be safe, I would recommend you get information from the owner of the content you want to use. Sometimes just buying it does not mean 100% freedom to share it any which way. Read the use policy or copyright details. If possible get in touch with them.
