Images Appearing in Media Library I Did Not Add

    Hello, in the past month of so I’ve noticed images have been added to my media library I did not add. They are shown as unattached images that are added by my account.
    – I’ve changed my login password and activated two factor authentication
    – contacted my hosting site and they can not located malware
    – scanned with plugins for malware and there are none
    – scanned my local device for malware/trojans and there are none found.

    It was suggested that it may be a plugin adding these images.
    Can anyone:
    1. suggest how I can figure out if this is the case and which plugin is adding them.
    2. provide any other ideas on this matter?

    Could you please confirm the address of the site you’re working on? You mentioned that you contacted your hosting company, so I assume you’re not referring to veggievisa.wordpress.com?
