Images broken with Jetpack

  I have downloaded the Zuki Theme and I need the plugin Jetpack to make a slider in the front page. However, all the images are wrong, I am using the 1200×800 measure (I’ve tried also other measures) but it just appear a small square with a cross. If I deactivate the plugin, all the images appear well but then the slider disappears. Do you know how can I make both things work? Thank you so much!
