Images disappeared

I have an issue where the images in my post keep disappear, from both the post and from the media library. I wrote a post with many images a few months ago, and last month I noticed some images disappeared from the post (although the caption remains in the post). I searched in my media library, and the pictures were no longer in the library. I re-uploaded the images and edited my post to put those disappeared images back. This week I noticed some other pictures from that post disappeared again, exact same symptom.
I’m only occupying less than 10% of the total storage space, so it shouldn’t be the storage limit. Anyone else experienced same issue? Any tip would help. Thank you in advance!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Is this on https://whatthecapybara.wordpress.com/? I don’t see any evidence of images being deleted from the media library at all on that site.
Can you please give a link to a post where an image is missing like this?

Hello. I have already re-uploaded the images to fulfill the missing images in my posts, that’s why it doesn’t seem to have an evidence. This has happened 3 times already. Is there another way I can help you identify the issue?

We’d still have evidence of deletions, even if you replaced the images. We aren’t seeing that on this site, and I checked your other site on this account and didn’t see that there, either.

That is the site I have trouble with. You can see that I had a post in January 2018, but images used in that post were uploaded recently. That is because those pictures I uploaded in January somehow disappeared, so I had to re-upload them. -
