Images disappearing – previous time unsolved

  I have successfully added images to the media center but a few images are disappearing when I add them to the post. How do I fix this? I opened this thread once but was unable to reply. The link to the post is https://noshitsocrates.com/how-to-make-butter-garlic-prawns/ where the second and third images have disappeared leaving behind only the caption.
  I’ve tried removing the images and re-adding them several times but the issue still persists.
