Images in dashboard media library, but not in posts. All fine in 4G
-
As of yesterday, all images in posts and the logo etc. have gone from my site when viewed on my desktop. If I look at the site on my mobile phone the images and logo are there although it seems as though the image in the shop has gone.
I really need to get this sorted and would welcome any help. I was with support here for 4 hours last night but no resolution was reached.
Thank you

Hi there,
This forum is to provide support for free sites hosted on WordPress.com and is staffed by volunteers who don’t have access to the tools needed to help you with the advanced features of your Business Plan site. For the best support and the fastest responses it’s really better if you start a live chat or submit a email support ticket directly to our Happiness Engineers via https://wordpress.com/help/contact
That said, I can see all images, including your site logo, custom header, and the images in your posts are loading fine for me. I don’t see any broken images on your site.
You say it works fine on your phone. Can you try tethering your desktop to your phone’s 4G signal and see if the images load for you then. Or can you try going online using public wifi at a library or coffee shop? If the images load there, it means the problem is with your ISP that provides your home internet – they’re likely blocking access to some of our servers from which your site’s images are served.
I’ve specifically come across this happening in the past with certain UK ISPs whose parental block features are not well-designed – they’d typically get a complaint about a single image, post or site, and respond by blocking access to the entire server, thereby also blocking all other content hosted on the particular server.
In that case, can you please let me know where you are located and who your ISP is so we can investigate further?
