images in posts have ceased loading up on my site and for at least one viewer

Hi there, this is driving me absolutely crazy, is wrecking my holiday and making a fiasco of my promised online journal for my trip of a lifetime to Australia. I have posted Galleries and Text+Photo articles on my blogsite so far. About two days ago it was all completely rewritten because the previous template was so disorganised and looked atrocious. I have painstakingly pasted all the articles again and reconstructed the galleries and uploaded all the relevant photos. It was fine, and after shutting down and then re-opening the program all the photos loaded up correctly. I then invited a viewer to test it out and the galleries and articles (text) were both fine but the individual photos in the articles could not be opened. This evening I now have the same issue. What is going on. I’m beginning to lose patience with the whole idea.
