Images in the reader for a post

When I publish a post the image is not showing up in the reader. All I see in the reader is the text from post. I want the image to show in the reader for other bloggers.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I see what you mean! When you add an image that’s at least 594 pixels wide to a blog post, that image will appear in a large format with your post in the reader. I can see that’s working, for example with this post you recently published: Pumpkin Pie Crumb Bars
If you add an image that’s smaller than 594 pixels wide, it should show up as a thumbnail image in the reader. I checked your latest blog post (Peanut Butter Chocolate Trifle) and I see that the image isn’t showing up in the reader at all — I’m checking with our team now to find out why that’s happening. I’ll let you know what I found out!
In the meantime, you can make sure that your images appear in that large format in the reader by always using larger images (at least 594 pixels wide). That way, they will show up nice and big in the reader. :)

Thank you. Yes I noticed a few post showed up yesterday and a few did not. This has not happened until yesterday. I did change my blog layout but now have switched back. I don’t know if that is the problem or not though. I would not think the blog layout would have anything to do with the image in the reader.

Don’t worry, your blog layout won’t make a difference here. This was due to some updates we were making to the reader, but we’ve now fixed it. You should images with all of your posts in the reader now — let me know if you have any other questions or concerns about it! :)
