How about now? Is that any better?
You might need to clear your browser’s cache to notice a difference.

Can you give us a link to a specific post or page where the image is not sized correctly?

Every page of my blogs, for example this one: http://arwendolceelfetta.wordpress.com/2010/03/22/suteki-da-ne/

The image is displayed at its maximum size for the theme you’re using.
Though you have it set to display the full size, it will not go outside of the content area.
Also, the table you’re surrounding it with is taking up some of the space. Try just using the image. Since it’s filling up the full width, it doesn’t need any assistance with positioning.

Yes, if I modify manually in the html code the size of every image it works. The strange thing is that until about 10 days ago ( from the day I passed to wordpress and I chose this theme ) my theme did it automatically so that every page of my blog had all images resized. Do you think that probably an upgrade by wordpress team did this change? so my only possibility is to change every html code of the larger images manually one for time? Thank you for everything,

Each theme displays images differently.
I’m not sure what you’re after, the image at http://arwendolceelfetta.wordpress.com/2010/03/22/suteki-da-ne/ is displayed with its maximum available size, which is what happens when you insert just an image by itself.
The table cell that you surrounded it with is what made it appear slightly smaller.
