images not showing on webage

  Hi..when I upload story on webpage, images do to appear when using laptop.
  However, if I use mobile device images do show.
  Images are visible in library, I select image as normal but when published they are not visible in Windows device. A blank screen where image should be but if I click on blank screen image becomes visible.
  Very confusing.
  Hope you can help.
