Images on reader

My images aren’t showing up on the reader on my mobile app. I messed around with some mobile settings, and now I can’t get my images to show up on the reader. Just the title and the first couple of lines of the post. But when I go on the computer they do show up…

Sorry for the trouble! It looks like you’ve been using the WordPress app for Android — is that the app you’re having trouble with? Also, can you let me know what kind of mobile device you’re using?
When you check the Reader in the app, is it only images from your own blog posts that aren’t showing up, or are you having trouble with the images on all the blogs you’re following?
Those details will help me investigate to see what’s going on. :)

Yes it’s only in the app. It just shows the title and a short paragraph of the post. When I use WordPress on my mobile browser the image appears, just not in the mobile app. My phone is a HTC M8.
It’s just my post that the images aren’t coming up with. I’m assuming it’s the mobile viewing settings I’ve been messing with. -
Hi Clare,
We did some investigating, and right now if you’re in the “Blogs I Follow” section of the Reader you should see the images along with your posts. Do you see the images there?
If not, can you make a screenshot of what you see in the app there? That will help me understand exactly what you’re seeing and if there’s a setting that needs to be adjusted for that to work as expected. (You can upload that screenshot directly to your blog’s Media Library or to a draft or private post on your blog, and I can look at it there.)

No its still just showing the title and a short paragraph from the post. I have created a post titled screenshot for you :)
