Images only showing on logging in to the wp-admin

Some of the images on my website is not showing at all, except when I log in to WP-admin, it suddenly pops up. Once I log out, it goes away in a couple of mins.
I have hired quite a few agencies to sort it out but still it is not working. I am struggling to get this going. Can someone please help?
I am using W3 Total Cache plugin which I have deactivated since I am using Cloud Flare.

The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
